Best advice I can give you at this point is to disconnect the battery and, using a multimeter, check each fuse near the battery and in the fuse block. While you are at it you could check the fuses in the IPDM/er though I doubt your issue lies in that module. Those codes point to the amp/ cluster as being the issue.
IF the fuses are good when tested using a multimeter (NOT just "visually"), and you verified good ground connections, the next step would be to check for specific voltages on the AV COM lines both at the amp and at the cluster. A "good" fuse should read 0Ω (zero ohms).
