MY stock Headlight Went out and the body shop said it was the wiring and I have to get a new headlight... I’m just wondering if anybody has a good place for headlights.. i don’t want chrome and if anybody has halos Can y’all post a pic and Send me where you got them?

 

If the problem is in the wiring, replacing the headlight will accomplish butkis. The headlight is just a plastic box with bulbs stuck in the back.

bulb, ballast (which has the ballast-> bulb cable attached) or plug from body harness to ballast. Use your nose - what smells burnt?

 

I recently sat down and took apart my g37 coupe bumper to replace the ballast on the driver side bumper and I also had a brand new philips xenon headlight as well, after replacing it the head light wouldn’t turn on, only the fog lights would

can I anyone tell me what could be the problem

check voltage at the car-side wiring harness AFTER unplugging the ballast. Is the ballast getting voltage? If no, look in the FSM for the next upstream component - probably a relay in the BCM or IPDM.

 

Unfortunately they dont make any OEM aftermarket replacement headlights for the sedan believe I've searched now you can get a pair of GTR style headlights for half the price n they not that bad when compared to non-modded OEM headlights.

 

If anybody changed out there OEM HID can they please tell me what light bulb they used?

 

OP; I've merged your latest thread on this subject into this one. Stop making new threads every other day about the exact same thing, just bump this one, post in this one or give ppl a chance to respond. This is at least the third one in the last few days.

With respect to your questions, there are several answers from others above and many threads with pictures of the aftermarket options with reviews already on the site.(i.e. google OEM Massive, one eighty customs etc.)
