Does anyone know where this relay is located, and if it's a discrete, replaceable device? Or is it integrated onto some sort of master motherboard/system?

I can hear the doggone thing flashing, but can't see to find it under the dash, and don't want to start tearing the underside of the dash apart just yet until I know if it's replaceable.
