Help Blend Door Actuator

Blend Door Actuator

Hello this is my first post as i just bought the car. My car will either give full cold or full hot air. At 18 c full cold and 18.5 c is full hot. I try to hear the blend Door and it opens up completely when i turn it from 18 to 18.5 and after that no sound upto 32 c. Can anyone tell me how to make it work properly( reset it or replace or what it could be). And what fuse is for the hvac in the hvac.

2009 Infiniti G37 Coupe FSM - Factory Service Manual

Sections HA and HAC are for the HVAC system. (Personally, I would download the whole manual as these links will eventually be nuked).
