Missing/stolen engine emblem

So I changed my air filters today and noticed the emblem on my engine cover was missing. I took it to a Nissan dealer a couple weeks ago to replace the rear brakes. I wonder if the mechanic popped it off? I can't imagine it would just fall off on its own?

Believe it or not, yes, they fall off on their own. Search “G37 engine cover” on eBay. Most used covers are missing emblems. I was lucky to find mine in the splash sheild underneath and glued it back.

Mine just upped and walked away. Another nail in the coffin of why I'll not buy another Infiniti.

Not to thread jack, but have you had lots of issues with your G? Besides the runaway emblem of course.

Just did my oil change over the weekend and saw mine had sheared off at the posts...I just chuckled. I don't care it's the engine bay.

Mine popped off as well somewhere around 50k mi. They dont sell just the emblem. At some point i may just sand down the little posts, fill the holes with epoxy and paint the emblem area black. I don't really care that much though
