Cool 2013G37x Sedan rear door sound

So this has been going on for a while its on & off weather doesn't seem to determine the noise coming from rear passenger door.
When I unlock/lock doors the rear passenger side door will make the same sounds as a small trumpet its odd that my car door lock doesn't do this every time doors are locked or unlocked. It isn't every time & it does it in all weather conditions wet/dry cold/hot mild, humid, cloudy, sunny doesn't matter. I'm pretty certain its with the door locking mechanism or actuator but has any one else experienced this on said door or any door?

Thank you in advance for any input.

"its funny odd that my car door lock does this every time lock or unlock door. It isn't every time..."

That's contradictory. It does it every time or it doesn't do it every time?

I will try to get a recording of it, but as random as it happens it may be a while for it.
