Buying a new dash, question about part #s

I'm tired of my melting dash and every hair, bug, dust bunny, leaf whatever sticking to it. I'm looking at a pretty nice replacement on ebay right now, The ebay listing and part matcher says it will fit my car, but when I look at the part # it's different than what the infiniti parts websites specify. I've got a 2008 G37 S coupe 6MT with premium, nav, blutetooth, etc...Which is dash part 68200-JK70A which is now superseded by 68200-JK73A

The part on ebay is listed as 68200-JK60A It has the speaker cutout for navigation like mine. Does anyone know what the difference is? The best I can find is that the dash is from a G37 coupe without premium. I can't imagine how the difference between premium and non-premium could affect dash fitment. Any help is appreciated!

I have the same car, all options except the technology package and lighted door sills, I put my vin number into several Infiniti parts websites and they said it will fit. I would like a new dash, the problem is the shipping cost from Ebay, I was looking at car-parts.com for other parts at a couple of local junkyards have pictures of the cars the parts come from, I saw a couple of perfect dash's in the pics that aren't listed for sale, I'm going stop by or call them and see if they are available for sale, I can save the shipping cost and maybe more If I remove it myself and learn how to take it apart.
