2013 Wipers & Brights stuck on??

2013 Wipers & Brights stuck on??
So out of nowhere they turned on and they won’t turn off. My headlights are off and wipers too. I can’t even find the fuse to turn off the wipers. I see the G35’s have a fuse for wipers but not 37’s. Any input?
