What Metal is the Door Made Of

Wondering if anyone knows what kind of metal the G doors are made of? I tried searching on here as well as google but the results don't give me what I'm looking for.

My passenger door got dinged and if the door is made of aluminum, I would just settle for PDR and do the touch up myself. If it isn't aluminum and is a type of metal that rusts, I will think about getting it fixed at a bodyshop.

I can't stop looking at this ding everytime I pass by the passenger side!

Thought coupe doors were aluminum. You can pdr dents out I've done some as big as a baseball that came out but remember the longer you wait to repair the harder it can be on the material to go back to normal
