If you've had recent body work done, someone didn't tighten the bolts up or you're missing a bracket somewhere.

i had brought the car like this and when I showed the body shop they said that I need a new bumper and didn’t check if anything was missing or not.

no you don't need a new bumper you just need the plastic piece that connects the bumper to the fender.

I would get a second opinion. I’ve seen good body guys make ice cream out of horse crap. Try a different body shop
