I searched and found a few articles on the site about people having to pay 169.00 to replace the whole cupholder console. They were all old posts so I wasn't sure if there had been any updates. If anyone knows of any place that sells the cupholder insert . I have the dreaded super big cup holder issue .

 

No updates I believe, always best to just look for a part out

I will say the center cupholder sucks in this car lol, such an awkward holder with no adjustability

 

Cup holder went into limp mode.

...part of the club...just found a portion of the spring sitting in the cup holder.

I checked out InfinitiPartsDeal and they weren't able to locate the part. Anyone have luck with finding the cup holder insert (68431-JL00A)?

 

Might want to shoot these guys a email. Not saying that they have it in stock or if it is still available, but they are showing the cup holder insert for about $20. Worth a shot?

There are also several listed on eBay but I am not sure they are what you need. Are you definite you have the right part number?
