Help Tail/Brake wiring

Tail/Brake wiring
I am becoming increasingly frustrated with these wires, and I have searched every video and keyword I could locate only to find links to the Third Brake Light.
I want to install flasher mod to the LED tail lamp brakes, but have no success... Closest I’ve gotten is where when the car turns on (with lights on auto) the standard running lights pulse (3 times then stop), but not when brake is pressed... Any insight into which wires I need to tap, or if it is even possible? I already have the third light flasher but want the others as well...
