Driver Side Rear View Mirror

2013 G37S MT. The driver's outside rear-view mirror does not rotate far enough to capture my blind spot. In addition, the B pillar is perfectly placed to block a direct view from a quick head turn. I am 6'2" and always push my seat rearward as far as it will go. As a result of all this, I must lean forward to use the mirror every time I merge left to ensure that I won't collide with another car. Is there some way to adjust the mirror to rotate further and thereby create a more obtuse viewing angle?
