My tail lights

So for some reason every time I turn on the car the lights don't work anymore. But when the car is off it works fine? Any input?

huh ?
So the tail lights and brake lights don't work with the car ON?
the tail lights are controlled by the BCM.
May be some water damage on the BCM...
