DIY Front Passenger window install

Last weekend someone broke into my car and smashed my front passenger window. My deductible is too high to for insurance to make sense and out of pocket cost are around $280. Planning on replacing it myself since I can get a used window for around $60. I found the thread for removing the interior door panel but it looks like you have to remove the second panel but was wondering if anyone has experience replacing the window and has steps for it?

Remove door handle
Take out screws
Remove panel
Roll window down 1/4 way down
Disconnect window from tray
Pull window out
Now go backwards after you slide in window
