Easiest way to change headlight bulbs?

Swapping out hid's soon and looking for the easiest method...i've read a few different ones on here, some claiming a need to drop the front bumper, some saying you dont need to and can do it from up in the wheel well

So looking for advice on the easiest and quickest way to do it, thanks in advance!

I did mine through the wheel well and it wasn't too bad.

Yeah, I always do the wheel well. If you turn the wheel enough you might not even have to take the wheel off

I've done mine multiple times through the wheel well. Make sure the bulbs you're getting will work with our cars. The 2012+ is very picky on what works right with the ballast.

Wheel well.

Some choose to leave the wheel on, some choose to take them off. I, personally, would rather take them off. A little bit extra effort, but makes changing the bulb easier. It gives your hands and arms more freedom. It'll save you the trouble of reaching into the dark abyss twisting and turning your hands/arms in awkward positions.

At full lock I was able to get my hand in there no problem without taking the wheel off.

I have the Osram CBI. Been running them for about 3 years now. I feel like I'm losing some brightness. I have STi-R clear lens swap also.

I installed 5500K Morimoto H11 bulb and ballast on my brothers Camry just a few months ago and they seem pretty bright because they are new.

I bought the Osram CBI back when they costed $185. Now prices have dropped to $110. It's well worth it, I would recommend them.

Glad to hear you can change the headlight bulbs on both sides without taking off the front bumper and lights. If I have to contort my hands and tools behind the headlights one more time to get to the horribly hidden bolts that hold the bumper on..

I remember following a coupe front bumper removal DIY when I installed my Gen 3s...

Took all I had not to rip the bumper off searching for the Sedan's hidden nuts and bolts

Yeah, those little bolts hidden under the back of the headlights are such a pain, especially if you have big mitts like me.
