That actually cleaned up rather nicely. I bet a PDR guy could pop out that fender pretty easily.

body shops are like dealerships. They don't want to fix anything, just replace things.

Not for the area unfortunately. I'm just north of you but I do my own detailing. I'd just do a Google search or make a thread asking in the NoVa section of the forum.
