Remove wheel well liner and see if you can push the fender a bit. grab some touch up paint and some cutting agent and go from there. If you're feeling ballsy, apply heat and see if you can mold that bumper a bit.
By any chance do you have any recommendations as far as professional detailers go?
Not for the area unfortunately. I'm just north of you but I do my own detailing. I'd just do a Google search or make a thread asking in the NoVa section of the forum.
