G37S Sport Seats deflating bolsters?

To all my guys with a G37S and sport seats, do your bolsters deflate after a day or two? I went in to get it checked out and Infiniti is trying to tell me it's a feature. There's apparently a pressure release valve in the seats, doesn't sound right to me... My warranty ends in a month and I feel like they just don't wanna fix it since it would require a new seat.

I assumed they were mechanical, not pneumatic. Never checked. I'm a big guy so want 'em wide anyway...

I always keep the side bolsters all the way up. Just checked and they're still inflated all the way.

Not quite all the wax to the max, but maybe 75%. They don't seem to be losing shape

Definitely sounds like both the dealer and Infiniti consumer affairs is lying to me. I'll be escalating this issue for sure.

+1 on that from me.

I would definitely press them on that. I'm a big guy as well and they have been working since I have owned the car but I keep them pretty much deflated. That's a preference not a normal design feature as Infiniti says.

never had an issue like that. my bolsters/lumbar have been set since day one and never changed. i have occasionally tested by trying to re-inflate, but there was no change so no 'pressure' was lost.

I feel like mine do deflate, but slowly over some time.
