I have Q40 (2015 is the only year Q40 exists), which is G37 base. The seats are good, but I like the sports version more, the one with extension on the leg and more back support.

My question is are the mounting holes work? And the power connector the same?

Mounting holes are the same. When I did mine it was one a 2009 and the seats were 2012 sport and I had to do some wiring as two of the pigtails were different.

I would look to the FSM of your car and compare it to the donor car's to double check on things.
