G37 Coupe Illuminated Kick Plates
I just purchased some illuminated kick plates/door sills. I have not installed it yet. In the instructions, it calls for item C, which is a T-harness. My kit did not come with it. Is this something that I disconnect from the car? I don't fully understand the instructions.

This is what the T-Harness looks like:
It should have been included in the kit. Did you buy the kit new? While the harness makes the install a lot easier, if you have basic skills you could just hardwire the kickplates directly:

The install, either way, is really easy. If you bought the kit new I would contact the vendor. If used or off eBay, you will have to hardwire or get a harness.
