Phillipsxenon.com has them but says not for sale in the USA. Are they genuine Phillip bulbs?

 

Those are legit, also seller is legit with 99% feedback with over 11k transactions. Thats a hell of a deal

 

If you find out that they are not real after receiving them, you can file a claim with eBay/PayPal and they will cover you. But given their feedback rating they seem to be legit.

 

I'll have to wait until next week to know.

Not sure why or how you came to that conclusion but looks 100% legit. Prob a close out model and the seller has over 11k feedback at over 99% GTG.

I take everything with a grain of salt, when I see bulbs that are that cheap when in reality they shouldn't be, for example the Philips 6000K Ultinons cost a lot more than what this dude is offering so I'm a bit skeptical.
