Sorry to hear that USPS sucks for you...too!
I've had several issues with my local P.O. and they don't like taking responsibility for their actions.

Mine doesn't have anything to do with the USPS...but with Diode Dynamics.
My order is still in "FULFILLING" status and I ordered as soon as I received their email about the kit being available for the G37/Q50 sedans.

When was yours ordered?

 

I made a video on this. Unfortunately I forgot to get some clips without the brakes depressed Hopefully this helps though. Go to 1m50s if the video doesn't start there itself

 

I ordered mine as soon as I got the email. I received them today. My issue is with my carrier since he randomly decides what to deliver and when. I'm sure DD would look into this and remedy it immediately.

 

I was emailed Tuesday morning about the new product. I ordered at that time. I got an email Wednesday saying it shipped, and I received it Friday sometime. If that helps any.

 

You're right, you'd need another set of resistors for the front if you swap those for LEDs. Hazards never hyperblink.

How is this a "special order"?

Well when I ordered mine it clearly said "takes 5-10 business days to ship". Mine took fewer than that but im sure you must have overlooked that.

 

It didn't say that initially.

 

Possibly...but how did others get them so early?
It hasn't been more than 5 days that they were available to be ordered.

As I mentioned, I placed my order same day as they were available from DD's email...it was early in the morning too.

I hope that the process won't be much longer and they will ship it out soon.

 

Think I received my kit in roughly 4 days, just installed it yesterday...took me about 3 mins tops for install.

 

So maybe there's a shipping and/or fulfillment snafu here about a $40 part from a company with a demonstrated history of great customer service.



Come on, man. It's not like you dropped $1600 on an exhaust through an intermediary, only to wait 14 weeks for shipment.

Demonstrate some patience, and work through it privately with DD without all this chicken-little BS.

 

Does anyone have tinted tail lights with theses installed? I'd love to see pics or videos..
