You can't see many other mods while driving either, yet here we are in a forum talking about them...

Okay here's a video that I made after I installed mine yesterday. The first 9 seconds shows you the difference from the oem blinker on the left and the Tail as Turn on the right. The rest of the video shows how they work when both are connected and shows how they work when brakes are applied. This is by far the cheapest mod you can buy and install. LOVE It!!!!

Still looks good, but doesn't look like it's enough on the Q50. Doesn't look like it would be as visible as stock signal lights, or the G version of the turn as tail.

The LED's are definitely brighter and cleaner compared to the stock turn signals...really noticeable when it gets darker during the day.
My video doesn't do it justice...

I did wish it was like the G37 sedans, but unfortunately Infiniti didn't design the Q50's that way.

Not so bad when the lights are on. But with the lights off, that little semi-circle is weak.

I hate that Infiniti's decision to not go with LED's for the rear turn signals...the stock incandescent bulbs aren't as visible compared to the LED's.

I find that even with the slight change, it is still a worthy mod.

I think it was a worthy effort, but if it were my Q, I'd sell the modules and get a pair of high-quality LED center bulbs. Or... buy the bulbs and load resistors anyway, compare the two, and off-load whichever setup is the lesser.

So for the folks that have ''em, how noticeable is the out-of-sync signals? Was thinking about it a bit, seems like it would be pretty difficult to tell if the front and rear signals were not synced, unless maybe in a parking garage or something??

Don't mean to beat a dead horse, but know that a few folks have this installed, would be great to hear from users on whether or not this is a big deal. I'm starting to think it isn't...

From inside the car, I don't notice the out of sync blinking at all. But I also wouldn't notice if my bumper was off lol.

Still, I know it's there...

The only time I notice it is at night if there is a reflective sign behind me (like a traffic cone, stop sign, etc.). You will notice that the rear turn signal is not blinking in sync with the clicking sound that you hear and see on your dash.

It's something you won't notice unless you are looking out for it.

In addition, the G37 sedan doesn't have side marker or side mirror turn signals like some other cars do, making it even less noticeable.

I get your indecisiveness though - but I love watching the LED tails blink twice as I walk away from and lock the car . Makes it worth it.

Agreed with the bold. If that was all it did, it would be worth $40. Very cool look unlocking and locking the car.
