You're talking about the fog lights running independently?
There's a module for that.
Here's a link: KP Technologies

Having the KP Technology module I would advise against it. It doesn't work 100% the way you'd expect. Common issue I've read and one I experience is when the fogs are off, and I use my left blinker the fogs will turn on. To remedy this, my fogs are always on and I use them as DRLs. Another issue I have is there is zero support for the product. I've posted on their forum without a response.

Tap an "always on" fuse in the cabin, run that to a toggle switch so you can still turn them off, then send that power wire through the fire wall down to the fogs, ground your negatives and problem solved.. This DYI I made goes a little beyond what you are trying to accomplish but might give you some ideas:

dont buy that kp tech crap. u can buy fog light harness kits on ebay and connect it straight to ur parking lights or on a switch. you dont even need to run the wires to the fogs u can just tap it at the ipmd box by the batter for a clean install
