Replace Heated Seat ****(s)?

Hello everyone, I recently broke one of the Heated Seat ***** (passenger side). I was able to get it back together but it no longer lights up or works properly and of course the seat is stuck to the "ON" position. I went ahead and ordered one of these from ebay:

09 10 11 12 13 G37 G35 Front Right Heating Heat Heated Seat Switch AK | eBay

I searched the forum and online but cannot find a DIY for this OR how to take the middle console off to get to these parts. Anyone have any tips or hints on this?

Section IP (Instrument Panel) in the FSM (Field Service Manual). Page # varies based on model and model year. Some quick sherlocking, and you have an '09 G37xS. Here you go:

First time you do it, should take about an hour. Second time you do it, should take about 10 minutes.
