08 Sport add lower fog lights?

Has anyone added lower fog lights (like those which are on the 10-13 sport front bumper) to an 08 sport front bumper?

There are the lower grill bezels on the 08 sport bumper that I'm thinking in theory could be cut or replaced to fit a fog light.

Input welcomed!

Its expensive, you can buy everything OEM. I went all OEM except the actual fog lights and you also need to replace the windshield washer reservoir with an 2011-up slim reservoir.

You're better off buying a sports bumper with everything attached in my opinion. Like GW330 stated above its an expensive conversion doing it the way you want.

The previous owner installed some aftermarket PIAA fogs on my 08. Would've looked ok if he measured them better but eh holes are far too big for the fog housings. I'll be replacing the fogs with some HID Morimoto fogs and better cut faux grills. Follow my build thread if you wanna see it done in a few weeks the right way.

PIAA fogs? How are they installed? Any splicing required?

Yeah, PIAA is a brand. It was ran from an aftermarket switch on the drivers side, to a relay at the battery and then to each hole in the bumper. There was definitely some wiring and splicing required. I've since torn it all out and thrown it away. My intercooler pipe runs by the foglight holes so I pulled off the grills and fogs and have left it open. I guess I could have left it all wired just in case I ever wanted to add them but loose wires hanging around the engine bay makes my eye twitch and had to rip it out lol.
