Weird fog light issue

So I have an odd fog light issues...

So I have a 2012 sport coupe so I have my fog lights on the lower bumper. I bought some led fogs from diode dynamics. When I went to install them my passenger side one wouldn't work when plugged it in. The wile it's thing is that that same bulb works fine on the driver side AND the OEM bulb worked (on the passenger side) when plugged back in.

So the bulb works and the plug is obviously getting power. I'm at my wits end. Any idea what could be going on here??

LED bulbs need the correct polarity, try it again and if it doesn't power on flip it around and it should come on.

There's no way to flip it... it's the h11 type bulb so it only goes in one way.

it's like this:

Every bulb is tested by our production team prior to being packaged up and shipped out. It's possible that you don't have the bulb installed completely secure. Give it another shot, and give us a call if you need more troubleshooting tips or warranty support: (314) 205-3033

We will make sure you are taken care of

Thank you!
