Judging from this mirror cover part number I'm assuming the outer mirror cover is the same for coupe and sedan?
I'm thinking I wanna give http://www.ebay.com/itm/fit-for-g37-2007-up-led-side-mirror-cover-left-and-right/262096149021?hash=item3d0625da1d a shot and the listing doesn't specify a body type

 

I have the same question except the listing said it only fits G25 and G35x etc.. no mention of G37X but it's not something I want to go assuming into since returning is almost impossible.

 

Any update on this? Would like to grab a set of these mirror covers for my sedan if they fit.

 

About 45 seconds of google searching gave me the part number #963011NC3A... They are identical on the coupe and sedan, no matter AWD/RWD.

 

The covers are identical but the mirror housings themselves are not interchangeable
