Need help on how to take the back panel off of front seat

I'm going to install a dvd player in my car and can't figure out how to take apart the back panel of my front seat. Are there clips or screws? When I pull on it it feels like I'm going to break them.
Any pictures or a diagram would be great.
The dvd player I'm going to install has a built in player init. I just need to run the wire and plug it in the cigarette lighter.
Any input would be great..
I have a 2013 G37 sedan
