Changing passenger side fog light

Has anyone been able to change the lower passenger side fog light without taking the bumper off?
I went in through the wheel well but there isn't enough give in the wire for me to twist off the bulb then unplug it or enough room for me to get a good enough grip on the clip. I have a 2011 coupe

I've changed it without taking the bumper off. If you are having difficulty, you can take off the fender liner (just a few clips and screws) and jack up the front end. This will give you more room and visibility. I know some people just pull back the liner and "feel" their way around to change bulbs. However, to avoid the headaches, I jack the front end up, take the tire off, then the fender liner. Seems like more work, though I get the job done faster this way.
