Did you get these installed? Would love to see pics of how they turned out.

Does anyone have these installed? How is the light output? How does it compare with the headlights? Do they match up well. They plug directly into the factory harness or is a new harness required?

Cant see the point in these other than looks. Their output is worse than halogen, and the pattern itself isnt very good - hence poor output. They also cost $70 more than replacement fog lights made by TYC...

Once properly aimed I experienced the exact opposite. Well worth the money to me. The throw to the sides of the car is more prevalent. I'm coming from running 50w putco yellow ion bulbs for the past 2 yrs in the stock fog housings (big fan as I've always had older 90's mercs w true oem 3k fogs and the overall DTM and Rolex series contrast look) . Yes, the yellow is more effective at cutting true fog.,but for the added side of the car vision (great in pitch black, country roads- I'm always weary of deer) they've proved their effectiveness to me. I'm a stickler for color matching my bulbs as much as possible and I have osram CBI bulbs, tsx-r clear lenses, morimoto 194 wedge bulbs for my drl/parking lights, and these morimoto luxeon led fog housings. These new led fogs have a great range of color in the cut off line.. I find it really enhances the overall light output from my lows and looks quite the part - I knew the trade off ditching 3k bulbs and with %15 off.. I have no regrets. We'll see how they hold up, but the construction of them is just as solid as the oem ones I took out. It's pretty fun having your headlights on and then switching these LED fogs on.. The 3k I had before in the halogen reflector housings washed out in the middle of the light output throw in front of the car.. These led fogs are apparent when on and off.

Two weekends ago I installed switchback morimoto 7443 led bulbs for my coupe turns (had to retro in 7443 bulb holders and tap the side parking lamp for constant power to light them up white while the turn signal is not engaged- doesn't overload the fuse/circuit as I checked w my multimeter).. All in all.. Everything looks right at 5000 - 5200k and I couldn't be happier with the products from TRS.

agreed, once aimed properly, the output really is solid. We all know pics never do justice to lighting so I'll try to take better pics but for now I'm extremely happy with the result and how clean and seamlessly it blends with the car.

Would you happen to have a pic of how the parking lights, fogs, and switchbacks all look lit up at night? I'd like to do a similar setup with the switch backs and led fogs

I'll try to snap some for you soon.. my Moto X has a pretty sub-par camera and currently my dslr is being borrowed by a work friend over in Europe. In the meantime, I'll see what my gf's iphone6 can pull off.

I am really trying to get HID bulbs for the fogs, just to have the same output but in 4300K to 5K white light. I mean fogs are useless to me right now as they literally do not help where I stay, but aiming towards look rather than function I guess?

I saw Diode Dynamic have a few Fog light LEDs and wow they are expensive.. Rather get a HID kit. Anyone have suggestions?

I have a 14 Q60/G37 Coupe with Factory Fogs.

The XML2's use genuine cree XML2 LEDs, which contributes to their exceptional brightness and reliability. If we used knockoff LEDs it would bring the cost down, but then it would be like everything else flooding the market.

If you are looking for the most usable output, I'd recommend a quality 35 watt HID conversion kit

Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions about lighting: (314) 205-3033

Thanks!
Nick C.
