Here's an option you might not have thought of:

FI Start Button, Fast Intentions

It's nice IMO, but I still like the one I have much more...let alone price-point.

I just bought a GTR button and I'm going to try adding an engine LED also. From the pictures of the board above it sure does look like there is a resistor added to get that to work. Anyone have any more info on the size I would need?

Yeah, you will need to add a resistor for the engine led. I replied to that before I actually did it (my mistake). What did was take the 102 I believe it is from the original switch and put it on the new one in that spot. It works perfect. Oh I actually have a DIY on here somewhere that has all the info. I will try to link it.
