Drivers side front bumper bracket/stiffener replacement

Does anyone know how difficult it is to replace the drivers side front bumper bracket/stiffener?

I installed my strut bar the other day and noticed that the bumper cover on the drivers side did not sit flush and there was a small gap. I pulled up the rubber hood seal and saw the bolt was loose. I went to tighten it and noticed that the plastic part that it screws into is busted, so there's no way to tighten it and get the bumper lined up where it should be.

It's not that bad, but I know that piece is broken, so I have to replace that piece or it will just annoy the crap out of me. I've seen there are some aftermarket replacements that are steel, not plastic, but I don't even know where to start to replace that piece. What's involved and how difficult is it to replace that part?
