dead pixel in cluster

dead pixel in cluster
has anyone else had issue with dead pixel in the cluster? 08 g37s
I had one small dead pixel last night. I drove about 5 miles home, then when i woke up this morning it had two digits worth of dead pixel in the mileage display.
Is the onlly way to fix is get new cluster or can you just change out the lcd area of the mileage display?
