Help Installation Of GT-R Button

Installation Of GT-R Button

Well with all the info found with research. It Sounds simple.NOT.With wheel up and out no way to unclip wiring. under wheel i have a panel that i'm not sure how to remove. So now I'm stuck. Any suggestions would be great. Not sure if it has to do with my model.2012 G37S.

Did you remove the panel under the Steering wheel. How did you reach the clip.

Removing the panel helps a bit more. With a flat head screw driver you're able to get in there to release it.

Steering wheel all the up. You will need a long, thin blade flat screwdriver. It takes some maneuvering but once you get the screwdriver to press in on the tab of the connector it will pop right off.

The whole swap took me less than 5 minutes. Really, the hardest part is finding the angle to pop the connector off.
