I think you may be able to remove both air filter box ( hope you have small hands or it may be hard) or the go through the wheel wells it might be easier.

the fist time I went under the wheel wells and the second time I remove all the filters it was easier for me.
After watching this video it anger me how the dealership wanted to charge me $400 to change the fog light, all because they said they had to remove the tires and I was told that the fog light only have a lifespan of 6 month grrrrrr, those damn stealership lol. I immediately told them to remove them I bought 2 at walmart for $50 and its been over 6 month now haha.

Im sorry and dont take this the wrong way...but if you cant even remove the air filters which if I remember correclty is only 2 screws.....then you tapping into wires and doing this mod may not be right for you.

When I installed mine I went in from the top with my intake out. It was a little painful as I have pretty large hands, but slow and steady won the race for me. Best of luck!

I just finished it you do not need to removed the air filter. you have to wiggle your hand in the gap, just have to push the air filter up to get more room. and for the other side you have to removed the window washer fluid pipe. just twist and pull it will come right off. took me no more than 10 minutes
