Talking my new headlights...by me

gloss black housing and flat black reflector.

I would say the hardest part was dropping the front bumper to be honest. The rest was easy. I would def recommend trying it if you want to. Just make sure your good at the painting part and be patient don't rush.

Lol yea I didn't know what I was doing. I'm use to PC but I got a Mac and new to it lol. It took me like 5 hours to do it all. I would have done it in less time but the first time I was trying to be very careful not to brake anything.

If anyone in the ny area trying to get this done and is willing to come out to bk I'll willing to offer this service. Did my brothers maxima headlights as well. Charging around 350 for painted headlightd

I used rust oleum, I should have gone with the krylon since it dries to touch within 15 minutes. I was sitting around for about an hour and a half to let it dry.

Looks good bro, makes it look a lot more aggressive.

I've done this before on my old Miata, I had to bake the head lights for 20-30 minutes in the oven, then carefully pry off the lens, take off the housing and proceeded to paint, and then reverse everything I just did. Not sure if it's the same process as this though.

Dan. pretty much spot-on for the G headlight procedure too, it's a PITA but the results make the pain worth the gain
