Just join today. This is my third G37 and 5th G cars. Love them. I had one mechanical problem with my first G37 car when driving top down,making dents on a roof. They fixed after a big argument with one of service writer.
Now my 2013 G37, cooling system on a seat is not working right. I know it's got very cold with my previous G37s. They got new parts and fixed it but still I think it is not getting cold enough.

 

Are you running the seat cooler with the top down? I have noticed that it works better when the top is up because the ambient air in the car stays cooler. With the top down it only makes the seat cool enough to keep my *** from sweating, but that's it.

 

Might be my imagination but I feel that the seat runs cooler with the AC on.
