I just got my sedan tinted. Went with 3M Color Stable film with 20% rears and 35% fronts. Looks great. Will get pics up after letting the tint dry and getting her washed.

20% on sides & rear, 3M "f/x" tint
Stone interior

Overall this is a good shade with the lighter interior color, would've went 30-35% if I had darker interior

Respectfully disagree about the "begging for a ticket" comment. I've lived in various places in the northeast, including NYC & now right outside of DC, and not once got pulled over for a tint citation (only got pulled over twice ever, and neither times was the tint acknowledged).

My opinion is that if you drive in a way that attracts negative attention (mainly by aggressive driving or flashy/noisy mods), then you run the risk of being noticed and subsequently scrutinized by law enforcement. Keeping a lowkey appearance and driving style dramatically reduces the odds of "getting caught" for window tint violation, among other things

All my opinion of course, based on experience, and agree on the night visibility thing
