Today i decided to trade my 2008 G37 sport coupe for a pre-owned 2013 G37 XS with 12k miles. Were there any improvements in the obsidian black paint job over the years? Can the paint resist Water spots after light rain? I spend most of my time driving on the highway..Would it be worth it to add a clear bra to the bumpers?

 

Short answer... no.

OB should still be the same, if there were any changes they were very minor. They may have added the scratch shield but it can be questionable if it actually works or not.
