G37 Headlight projection

Hello all,

I recently busted my headlight, damaged left side fender, and front bumper in an accident. I took it to Infinity certified body shop and had them fix it. I am not impressed with their work. Moreover, they fail to align/aim my headlight. The OEM headlight projects way further out, and new one is not too much, so i have limited lighting on my left side. I hit a piece of tire on the road before even seeing it. Took it back couple times, and they cant fix it, then refuse to fix it in all. Progressive Rep recommend me to take Service King, They order new light bulb, switch it around with old one. That doesn't work either and they give up. I'm frustrated. Is there something insurance/body shops not telling me. its supposed an easy fix. What's you input/take on this. I'll really appreciate it.

Here is the how to re-aim your headlights its pretty easy. And why would you think the bulb was the reason your headlights where out of alignment......

The repair shop has an obligation to repair your car to pre-accident condition. If they are refusing to work to repair your lights, I would have a simple conversation with insurance and let them know what is going on. You shouldn't have to put up with poor quality work or a shop that won't stand behind their work. If I were you, I'd take my car to an Infiniti dealer and let them do the work. It will probably be done right with them.
