So I wired up the fogs on my 2011 sport bumper which was upgraded on a 2008s model and now my DRLs on top are no longer on during the day, it's just the fogs alone that replaced them. At night the DRL on top switches on automatically with the headlights and if can also switch the bottom fogs on/off but during the day they are always on as the DRL. Is this wrongly setup or the same setup as it is for a stock 2011 g37s?

 

I have a 2013 g37s and I can not have my fog lights on without having my headlights on. My fog light switch is always set to "on". When I turn the light control switch 1 click it turns on the inner DRLs, another click will turn on the headlight along with the fogs.

 

So I have the headlight on with the fogs when headlight switch is set to "auto" which is same as the 2 clicks for you

During the day however my fogs replaced my original DRL which is within the headlight

I guess this is still fine but would rather have it the top DRL during daytime than the bottom fogs replacing them...
