Can someone help me I'm trying to figure out how to add fog lightsto my g37 right now there is no opening anywhere to add them. Idk if I have cut into that plastic or is there a aftermarket Daytime Running Light i can change that plastic piece out with

Not sure if you realize it but the 09 G's have the fogs built into the headlight housing.
