No, not basing it on a TV show ... and no, I have never driven one but I'm not doubting it's abilities ...

People suggest the G coupe looks (key word = looks) like a chick's car but the Miata doesn't? And my wife has been driving a stick since her Prelude days in the 80's.

I'm just going to put this out there... who gives a rat's a$$ what other people think?

I drive a 2013 Hyundai Accent hatchback as my commuter. Looks like a roller skate but gets great gas mileage, so I don't give a damn what anyone thinks unless they're gonna pay my gas bill.
