Window wont close fully

I went to the dealership to get my lock on my passenger side door changed because it was making a squeeling noise when it locked and they told me they had to take the window off.

they did it and now the window doesn't close fully, I can fit a little more than my finger nail in the top. I tried the window reset procedure and i know I did it correctly because i have done it a few times before.

Anyways, I don't want them to take apart the window if there is a simple fix... Can anyone help?

yeah, taking it back, didn't want them to rip the tint off since they scratched it the first time

In your owners manual you have instructions how to fix this. You just have to roll your window down all the way and then roll it up and hold the button till its up all the way... count to 3... Let go and it will work. Repeat for the other window. Hope this helps!
