Problem taken care of. AK customer service is top notch!

Side note: I didn't create this thread to vent and/or complain about the product. I was just curious if anyone else had noticed this with theirs. Thats all.

 

Have you contacted AK in regards to this issue or just gone straight to the forums without possibly getting this issue resolved from the company the supplied it to you?

 

I did and I'm waiting for their reply. Just asking others who have it if they have the same issue in the interim but thanks.

 

good stuff. always good to bring it to a manufacturer's attention and hopefully they'll straighten it out for you. Too bad you installed it incase they ask for you to return it and replace with another.

I don't know why you have to make a thread about it? we just open the office and read your pm.
Looks like you received a defect piece, Autokits products has warranty.
We will even request a pick up for that product, return it to us and then, we will send you a brand new part.

Please next time wait for the vendor respond.

We are here to help and try to please the customers.
