I have a 2008 G37S Coupe. Will 2011+ headlights fit perfectly without any modifications?

Its my understanding u would lose the foglight since 11+ models r in the lower bumper instead of the headlight assembly correct?

All other functions and fitment wiring harness etc will work fine right?

I like the black chrome look better. That's reason I'm interested switching out the lights.
