Hey everyone! I'm brand new to the forum and just purchased a 2013 G37x sedan (white) and I'm looking to replace all interior and exterior lighting with LED's and HID's. Any advice and/or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

advice...the search button is your friend. You are not the first and will not be the last to do upgrades to HIDs and LEDs. Topic covered over n over already.
research diode dynamics, v-leds, etc.

 

I think the reason why nobody has responded to your request is that this question has been asked numerous times and by doing a simple search you would find your answer.

I ordered my interior LEDs from Diode Dynamics...they have a specific set that is made for the G37 sedan.

My choices was Stage 2 in "white"...you may choose differently.

As far as my exterior, I purchased mine from V-LED.
I replaced my turn-signals with Switchback LED & Parking/side-markers.
The switchbacks need resistors to prevent hyper-flashing due to the lower voltage.

Headlight HID bulb was upgraded to OSRAM XENARC 66240 CBI 5000K.
D2S: Osram Xenarc 66240 CBI - HID Bulbs from The Retrofit Source Inc

Fogs were upgraded to 4300K HIDs.
Purchased from my friend who sells them locally.
