4300K Hid Fog Lights Pic
Just got my 4300K HID Fog lights installed thanks to Dragion for hooking them up from his buddy for $70. The lights look really good at night and are a pretty close match between the two. My headlights are D2S: Osram Xenarc 66240 5K. I also took out the running lights because I think they look horrible and are completely pointless in my opinion. Overall extremely happy with the results.
Hi there,
I'm new to the forum, so apologies for the noob question - may I ask what kit did you use for the HID fogs? I'm going to purchase the Osram CBI's with TSX-R lenses in the near future. I'm hoping for a similar color profile from my fogs after I get the headlights all set up. Would you or Dragion recommend 4300K fogs or 5000K fogs (after the TSX-R lenses are installed). My (very basic) understanding is that with the new lenses, the cutoff will be sharper, however I'm not so sure about color profile. If the lenses change the color profile, I guess I will have to go with a higher kelvin fog bulb, right?
Thanks for the advice!
