Exclamation LED city light install advice??

Hey all,

So I am in the process of painting my headlights as well as swapping some parts (tsx lenses and LED city light) but I feel like the city light is not going to work properly. I bought the bulb from Diode Dynamics, for reference. Well my issue/question is, when I swapped out the oem bulb and installed the LED city light, it feels like it is loosely held in there; like when I put it back in place and tightened/twisted it, if I just barely touched the light, it moves and I am worried that when I put the unit back together and test everything out, its not going to work. And accessing the city light bulb when the headlight is mounted on the car is nearly impossible considering how tight the spaces are, so id rather get it situated while the light is taken apart.<o></o>

Anyone have any experience/input on this? <o></o>
Thanks in advance!<o></o>

I have mine installed from DD too. You need to modify it a little bit by cutting a little deeper so the bulb fits tighter.

Pull the tab on the bulb slightly outwards in order to make it a tighter fit. It is all dependent on the tolerances/tightness of your socket. Personally, my city lights went in very tightly on my 09'

Thanks!
